Samuel Carter is the Postal Director for outgoing
Standard mail. He started at USC Printing Services in 1977 and became mail
director in 1982. His favorite pastimes are following college football
including the best team around, USC Gamecocks, and learning to relax and
play golf. He also enjoys working in the music business and has been a sound
and lighting engineer for the beach music band ”Second Nature” since 1997.
He and his family are members of the First Nazarene church. Sammy and his
wife, Gaye, have one son.
